Included is a Database User Tools give you all the tools you need for day to day database work in a simple spreadsheet-like form. CALC is a EXCEL compatible spreadsheet program. Use Excel format for sending to people who are still locked into Microsoft products. If all they want to see is your results, then use Portable Document Format (.pdf) - no need to buy any extra software.
