Order Entry Default Tab - This is the main order entry page.
Number: 10303 [S10] where 10303 is the user defined auto running number and [S10] is the system code for Order Entry.
Date: This is defaulted to system clock date, however it can be overwritten.
Flow: 3 possible order flow - XDOCK with is a single order with both in and out Shipment; IN only incoming shipment (purchase); and OUT only for outgoing shipment (sales).
Local (currency): YEN 0.015 - the system support multi-currency transaction. This field indicates that the product pricing will be keep in YEN and 0.015 is the currency conversion to base currency which was set to S$. And the transaction currency could be in any currency - see Currency Field.
Inside the Procurement Info tab, it stores all the field related to the order.
The supplier address is stored in the supplier database. By selecting the appropriate supplier name from the Buy From field, the address will be copied into the respective field automatically.
The Total before Tax field is automatically calculated from Article Record tab.
The Sale & Delivery Info tab stores billing and shipping address. The default address is kept in the Customer Database. Multiple shipping address can be kept in the Customer Database.

The General Info tab stores additional information pertain to the order.
The Jobcode field is an optional field. This will lookup the defaulted Job code table and if used, tracks them automatically.
The Article Record tab is used for building up the order.
Article Nbr will lookup the Article master. On selecting the article nbr, it will auto fill information directly from the article master. User only needs to update the quantity order and the system will do the rest of the calculation.
Clicking the print button, it will generate the Purchase Order Document which can be printed or send as a snap attachment via e-mail.
Toggling the print mode, the Proforma Invoice for the customer can be printed using the same set of data. In this case, reflecting the selling price.
