Removing File Locked by OS
If have a file that cannot be remove from the computer disk, it may have been locked down by the OS or Third Party Software (or even a computer virus). You can use the following procedure to flag it so that it can be remove the next time the computer reboot.

Click on Open Misc Tools section.

Look for Delete a file on reboot...

Answer "Yes" to the prompt - The file will be deleted by Windows when the system restarts.

Shutdown and restart the computer.
