If you are running Windows XP or Windows ME, try turning off the System Restore on your PC.

found the virus I-worm/netsky.Q in my PC.and not able to remove it by AVG antivirus.
Can u hepl me on this urgently please?

Hi Dilip,
Try downloading the lastest Stinger Software
http://www.mac-net.com/183869.page
Restart your computer and put it to SAFE Mode.
Then Run Stinger.

found the virus I-worm/netsky.Q in my PC.and not able to remove it by norton and AVG antivirus.

I had this worm as well, I use AVG, it healed all but 2 infected files. I cleaned it all by this tool..
http://www.nod32.uk.com it´s not a website, a download box should come up, go from there.

why don´t you try to go to symantec´s response security or Panda Activescan or Mcafee and get the tools they have to help you get rid of that?
