Help i have a virus and its left 2 icons on my desktop 1st called "Happy" not happy99 or any other name added to it, 2nd is an internet explorer icon says "click me" when i first got the virus it wiped out my modem so i could not at all get online i have installed another modem tried endles virus remover programs which tell me they did find, remove but when i check happy icon is there and flashing and i still can´t connect. Since putting modem back on my system i can connect to the internet but only for 10 seconds before i am cut of again and when i connect to internet norton warns me i have another virus called this buffer attack constantly doing this to . I would like it if some one can tell me how to manual remove this nasty virus because i cannot download, or get my computer scanned, updated because my computer disconnects of the internet every 10 seconds
