How to unregister all versions of the same dll?

shimgvw.dll is something u may need to unregister _right now_! It´s a dll that handles .wmf-files. Major problem with almost all Windows-OSes until MS releases a fix.

if it stays documents and settings type in "cd .." till you get to C:\

when i click the command prompt, the screen appear to run in C:\Document and setting\ not C:\ and if i type in the command line in the C:\Document and setting\ I can only complete the first command line because when i press Enter after type in the first command line the program run, so what can i do, help is appreciate.

when i put the commands in the run box, it dosn´t work. an ´LoadLibrary´ failed message comes up.
what can i do.
what do i have to write in the run box exactly.
this is making me angry, please help.
