Install TIFF Reader

AlternaTIFF TIFF Plug-in is a free web browser plug-in for viewing TIFF files. AlternaTIFF is a ActiveX control that displays most of the common types of TIFF image files. It works in most web browsers for Windows 95 or higher (98, ME, NT4, 2000, XP, etc.).

Download it from alternatiff.com.

After installing the software, you should be able to drag and drop any Tiff formatted files into the Internet Explorer and it will display.  If you have trouble double clicking to view the Tiff file, you may need to change the settings.

Double click "My Computer" and on the  "Tools" menu select "Tools Options".  Then select "File Types" tab and scroll down to TIF or TIFF registered file types.   Select it and then click the Change button.

Select "Internet Explorer" and click the "Ok" button.
