Alert: Apple Security Bulletin
Apple re-issued a critical security update for its Mac OS X operating system after it was found to break 64-bit applications. The new update, called "2005-007 v1.1," replaced the flawed original that was released on Monday, 15 August 2005. The patch can be downloaded from Apple´s website or through its Software Update feature in the operating system.
2005.08 - Security Update 2005-007 v1.1 is for Mac OS X 10.4.2 Update. This update includes the following components: AppKit, BlueTooth, CoreFoundation, cups. Directory Services, HIToolBox, Kerberos, loginwindow, Mail, OpenSSL, QuartzComposerScreenSaver, Security Interface Safari, X11, zlib.
