What happens if a selfcert expires. Can the program (Acc03.mde) continue to open? Also how do I replace it with an extended expiry date with instruction to users
Thanks

You won´t get that option if its an Access 2003 Runtime app :)
In reply to Ritchie: Rather than downloading a program to do it, just go TOOLS>MACROS>SECURITY in Access.

The little tool to remove the security warning for the runtime works absolutely great, many thanks!
It´s weird, if you think about it, using an access application to turn off the security for access applications. What does that tell you about the security of Access?

Hi Mark, I have tested on numerous runtime implementation. It worked on all.
In reply to Mark: Interesting idea, but I dont think it will work on a runtime installation, if the user doesnt have Access installed.

This worked once, and now the security settings will not stay at low, they continue to change back to medium.
