Hi Jay, turning off system restore and run the scan again. As for the missing system32, try update WinXP SP2.

I performed (or at least hope i did) the tasks you indicated and my computer is in much much much better shape, I couldīnt thank you guys more for the help, I just wanted to do a follow up and see if I got everything, I also am getting a prompt every time i start up my computer that says system32 is missing...blah blah blah, i think its related to that mari virus, I ran stinger and advast virus scanners and they constantly are finding virusīs, Im not sure if they are getting re-installed or if I didnīt remove them correctly, anyways, here is my log and If you can offer me any further advice I would greatly appreaciate it.
